GM2000 series colloid millIt is especially suitable for the production of colloidal solutions, ultrafine suspensions and lotion. In addition to high speed and flexible adjustable stator rotor clearance, GM works in a frictional state, also known as wet grinding. There is a wide inlet gap and a narrow outlet gap between the conical rotor and the stator. During operation, the eccentric operation of the dispersing head causes eddy currents in the solution, thus achieving better grinding and dispersing effects. The GM2000 machine adopts a geometric mechanism for grinding the rotor and stator, with better surface treatment and high-quality materials, which can meet various needs of different industries.

The multifunctional high shear grinder directly enters the high shear crushing zone from the inlet under the high-speed rotation of the electric motor. Through a special crushing device, it quickly crushes some large powder lumps, sticky blocks, clumps and other particles in the fluid, and then sucks them into the shear crushing zone. In the narrow working aisle, strong friction and grinding crushing are generated due to the relative high-speed cutting of the rotor blade and stator blade. Under the action of mechanical motion and centrifugal force, the crushed and refined materials are re pressed into the precision grinding zone for grinding and crushing. Fine grinding is divided into three levels. The more outward the first level extends, the higher the precision of the grinding disc, the smaller the tooth pitch, the longer the linear velocity, and the finer the material is ground. At the same time, the fluid gradually extends radially in a curved manner. The directional velocity of the fluid changes instantly at each level, and is subjected to millions of high-speed shearing, strong friction, extrusion grinding, particle crushing, etc. per minute. After passing through three precision grinding zones for millions of high-speed shearing, grinding, and crushing, the liquid material molecular chain breaks, particle crushing, liquid particle tearing, and other effects are produced, enabling the material to fully achieve the purpose of dispersion, crushing, emulsification, homogenization, and refinement. The minimum fineness of the liquid material can reach 0.5um.
GM2000 series features:
① The fixed rotor is made into a circular cone shape, with three-level sawtooth protrusions and grooves with increasing precision. The stator can be infinitely adjusted to the desired distance between it and the rotor.
② The depth of the tooth row: from 2.7mm at the beginning to 0.7mm at the end, the range is relatively large, and the larger the range, the wider the particle size of the processed material.
③ The structure of the groove is inclined teeth, and the groove depth of each grinding head is different, and the volume of the flow channel of the inclined teeth is from top to bottom.
