Before use, be sure to check the syringe for cracks and burrs on the needle tip.

Press the plunger until the correct volume is reached. Bring back the plunger and wipe the needle tip with a cotton free tissue.

To ensure accuracy, the Z small injection volume of the syringe should not be less than 10% of its total capacity.

To remove bubbles, rotate the syringe vertically, attach one side of the barrel, remove the bubbles, and then discharge them from the syringe.

To eliminate carryover between samples, rinse the syringe with solvent 5-20 times and remember to discard the first 2-3 washes.

Cleaning of injection needle

Syringe cleaning agents typically rely on pollutants, with methanol and acetonitrile being commonly used cleaning solvents.

After cleaning the syringe, rinse it thoroughly.

Do not immerse the entire syringe in solvent, as this may damage the adhesive used to bond the syringe components.

Wipe the exterior clean with tissue. Disinfection methods:

-Autoclave: Remove the plunger from the barrel before high-pressure sterilization. Set the high-pressure vessel to the Z high temperature for removing needle syringes100℃, the high temperature of Z for fixed needle syringes is70℃. Before inserting the plunger into the barrel, allow the syringe to reach a certain temperature.
