1. The S-shaped double blade impeller can shred and smoothly discharge burlap bags, plastic woven bags, canvas gloves, leather gloves, cotton woven gloves, as well as daily plastic bags, fabrics, toilet paper, sanitary napkins, cotton threads and other objects. It can prevent the pump and pipeline from being blocked by debris in the sewage, and there is no need to set up expensive interception and decontamination devices during use.
2. The cutter and cutting disc are made of corrosion-resistant high-quality alloy steel materials and undergo special technical treatment, so that the cutting edges on the impeller and cutting disc have sufficient hardness and corrosion resistance, making them extremely wear-resistant and able to maintain sharpness for a long time.
Notes:
1. When lifting equipment, it is prohibited to directly lift cables or use cables to lift other heavy objects.
2. The cable end must not be immersed in liquid.
3. All equipment casings should be grounded to prevent electric shock accidents.
4. The inner diameter of the outlet pipe should meet the specified requirements (generally not less than the outlet diameter of the water pump).
5. The cutting type submersible sewage pump cannot be placed at the sewage inlet. When the water pump is placed on muddy ground or floating sand, it may sink due to vibration. In this case, it is recommended to place the water pump on a larger base plate.
