Overview
The cutting type industrial sewage pump is mainly used to discharge domestic wastewater, human feces and urine, as well as solid suspended solids and non corrosive media containing short fiber paper scraps, sawdust, starch, sediment, ore particles, etc. The temperature of the pumped liquid does not exceed 40 ℃, the density is not more than 1200kg/m3, and the pH value is about 9.

The cutting type sewage pump has many advantages, the most prominent of which is that it can be directly placed in water for use. However, in situations where there are no or inconvenient barriers to set up, ordinary submersible sewage pumps often experience blockages in the pump and pipeline due to large debris in the sewage, causing inconvenience to users. To address the issue of submersible sewage pumps, our company has developed a WQ/QG double blade cutting high-efficiency and non clogging submersible sewage pump. The cutter and cutting disc are made of corrosion-resistant high-quality alloy steel materials and undergo special technical treatment, so that the cutting edges on the impeller and cutting disc have sufficient hardness and corrosion resistance, making them extremely wear-resistant and able to maintain sharpness for a long time.
