2、 Structure of electric hot blast drying oven

The drying oven is composed of thin steel plates, and glass fiber is used as insulation material between the working room and the outer shell of the box. There is a glass window in the middle of the box door for observing the situation inside the working room.

Opening the exhaust valve on the top of the box allows for convective exchange of hot and cold air in the working room. The temperature control is automatically regulated by a thermal expansion controller or digital display instrument. All electrical operating equipment is installed in the control layer on the side of the box, and there is a side door that can be removed for inspection or repair of the circuit.

The electric heater is installed under the working chamber inside the box, and there is an indicator light to indicate the heating work. When the light is on, it indicates that the electric heater is working, and when the light is off, it indicates that the heating has stopped.

3、 Usage and precautions of electric blast drying oven

1. After connecting the power supply, the heating switch can be turned on, and then the buttons on the control instrument can be set to the temperature you need. The indicator light will turn on, and the blower switch can be turned on to make the blower work.

2. When the temperature reaches the desired level, the indicator light goes out. At the beginning of constant temperature control, the temperature may continue to rise, which is due to the influence of residual temperature. This phenomenon will stabilize in about half an hour. During the constant temperature process, the internal temperature controller in the box is used to automatically control the temperature.
