1General Introduction

100 ton digital electro-hydraulic material testing machineMainly used for stretching, compression, bending and other tests of metal materials, and equipped with cold bending accessories, also used for process testing of metal materials. Therefore, this testing machine meets the testing needs of scientific research institutions, basic construction units, metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, and various school laboratories.

The working oil cylinder of this series of testing machines adopts a downward type, oil pressure loading, sensor force measurement, and digital display of force value. It has a loading speed indicator window that can be adjusted at any time. Easy to operate, stable performance, safe and reliable. This series of testing machines consists of two independent parts: the main unit and the load cell.

Precautions


1Please lift the host according to the schematic diagram in the attached diagram

IIAfter the installation and fixation of the testing machine, the iron plate that presses the bolts on the upper ends of the two lead screws should be removed before connecting to the power supply.

3、 During the experimental process,It is strictly prohibited to load or unload the crossbeam!The purpose of moving the crossbeam is to adjust the testing space. If operated incorrectly, it can cause chains in the drive mechanismMalfunctions such as jumping buckles and jamming of moving crossbeams.

4、 After using the testing machine for a period of time, the tightness of the chain during the transmission process should be checked. If the chain is found to be too loose, please use the screws behind the sprocket frame to tighten the chain.

3、 Machine systems and working principles

(1)host

The host is composed of two parts: a height adjustable support frame (consisting of a machine base screw and a moving crossbeam) and a working frame (consisting of a working oil cylinder, piston, worktable, light bar, and upper crossbeam).

Its working principle is that the high-pressure oil pump supplies oil to the working cylinder, and through the movement of the piston, the worktable and upper crossbeam are pushed upward to perform tensile or compression tests on the sample. The tensile test is conducted between the upper crossbeam and the moving crossbeam of the host, while the compression test is conducted between the worktable of the host and the moving crossbeam. The adjustment of the experimental space is mainly achieved by driving the mechanism to move the crossbeam up and down.

1Working oil cylinder and piston

The working oil cylinder and piston are the main parts of the main engine. The oil cylinder is fixed on the machine base, and a ball head is set between the piston and the worktable. The return stroke is to press the piston back by its own weight. The sealing of the pressure oil is achieved by using the membrane between the oil cylinder and the piston, and guided by the inner surface of the oil cylinder. Due to the centering effect of the ball head, the friction between the oil cylinder and the piston caused by lateral force is reduced.

2Mobile crossbeam and drive mechanism

The moving crossbeam is supported on a screw through a transmission nut, and the screw can rotate in both forward and reverse directions. The screw rotates by a drive mechanism installed at the bottom. The mobile mechanism consists of a reduction motor, sprocket, and chain. The reduction motor drives two lead screws to rotate synchronously through the sprocket and chain.
