The fully automatic spiral elevator is mainly used to lift melon seeds, grains, and other materials that are not prone to producing broken particles. The machine is mainly composed of a spiral tube, a spiral shaft, a feeding amount adjustment tube, a bracket, etc.
Working principle of fully automatic spiral elevator
The machine consists of a running part (hopper and traction tape), an upper section with a transmission drum, a lower section with a tension drum, a middle casing, a driving device, a reverse braking device, etc. It is suitable for conveying loose density ρ<1.5t/m3 powder, granular and small block shaped non abrasive and semi abrasive bulk materials, such as coal, sand, coke powder, cement, crushed ore, etc. upwards. TD type bucket elevator structure form: The transmission device of TD type bucket elevator has two forms, each equipped with YZ type reducer ZQ (or YY) type reducer. The YZ type shaft reducer is directly installed on the main shaft head, eliminating the need for transmission platforms, couplings, etc., making the structure compact and lightweight. Moreover, it has a special-shaped roller backstop inside, which is reliable. The reducer has low noise, operates smoothly, and floats with the spindle, which can eliminate installation stress.
Spiral elevators are mainly used for conveying powdery, granular, and small block materials, chemicals, etc. Spiral elevators are not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, and easy to agglomerate.
The rotating spiral blades push the material for transportation, and the force that prevents the material from rotating together with the spiral elevator blades is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the spiral elevator casing to the material. The rotating shaft of the spiral elevator is welded with spiral blades, and the blade surface types include solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type, etc. depending on the conveyed material. The spiral shaft of the spiral elevator has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction. When the spiral tube is long, a middle suspension bearing should be added.
Installation of fully automatic spiral elevator
(1) Before installation, check whether the conveyor is in good condition, whether the parts are damaged, and whether there are any bumps or deformations during transportation.
(2) Measure the size of the reserved holes at the installation site and check if they match the size of the installation holes on the conveyor support plate. If they match, fix them firmly with bolts or expansion screws.
(3) When connecting each slot, first thread the bolts of each section, straighten them with wires, and connect them according to the wires to ensure that they are connected in a straight line.
(4) The feeding and discharging ports of the conveyor can be flexibly set on site according to needs, with one or multiple (circular, square) ports available. The inlet and outlet ports should be sealed with sealant after welding.
(5) The center height of the motor should be consistent with that of the conveyor, and the two couplings should be pressed shoulder to shoulder and fixed with fastening screws.
