The fully automatic multifunctional thresher has the characteristics of high productivity, low crushing rate, high dewatering rate, and good cleaning effect. Suitable for threshing and cleaning corn seeds with a moisture content below 18%.
Fully automatic multifunctional thresherstructure
It mainly consists of three parts: threshing, screening, and air duct. The corn ears are transported by the conveying equipment to the threshing chamber of the thresher. Corn fructose separates the grains from the corn cob by squeezing and kneading, and the corn cob is discharged from the threshing machine through the core outlet Based on the different physical and mechanical properties of seeds and other impurities, the seeds are screened and air sorted. When the seeds flow through the upper screening box, light impurities are sucked away through the upper suction duct, and the screened impurities are discharged from the upper screening and impurity discharge outlet. When they flow through the lower screening box, light impurities are removed through the lower suction duct for the second impurity removal. The screened material is then discharged through the small miscellaneous outlet, and the cleaned corn seeds are discharged outside the machine through the seed outlet.
Precautions for fully automatic multifunctional thresher:
1. Do not maintain or inspect before use. During seasonal parking, threshing machines often experience issues such as jamming, damage, looseness, and motor moisture and leakage. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to maintenance and trial operation before use.
2. Temporary assembly operators. The personnel operating on the thresher should be familiar with general mechanical knowledge, safety rules, and have some practical experience. Do not ask the elderly, children, or patients to temporarily replace you.
3. Overloaded and high-speed operation or prolonged continuous operation time. This approach can easily cause early fatigue damage and wear of the machine, and even lead to component "explosion" (disassembly) and injury. Under normal circumstances, the thresher should be stopped for inspection and adjustment every four hours of operation, and lubricating oil should be added.
4. Rough feeding. Before feeding, attention should be paid to removing foreign objects mixed between crops; Strive for even, neat, moderate, and continuous feeding; When feeding is not smooth, do not forcefully push in.
5. Use outdated, inferior, or homemade threshers. This type of product has poor safety and reliability, and is prone to accidents.
6. Poor storage. After the harvest is over, the thresher must be thoroughly and carefully cleaned and maintained to keep it in good technical condition. It should be stored indoors and not placed in the corner of the yard to be exposed to rain and wind.
