Main technical conditions

1、 The speed detection switch is mainly used in the reverse braking circuit of three-phase squirrel cage motors, and can also be used in the energy consumption braking circuit of asynchronous motors to automatically cut off the DC power supply after the motor stops running.

2、 The speed detection switch should reliably operate below 3000 revolutions per minute in continuous working mode, and should not exceed 30 times per minute in repeated short-term working mode (frequent starting and braking).

3、 The speed detection switch can be activated when the relay shaft speed is around 150 revolutions per minute. Contact points below 100 revolutions per minute return to normal position.

4、 Electrical strength: It should be able to withstand a voltage of 50Hz and 1500V for one minute

5、 Edge resistance: At a temperature of 20 ℃ and a relative temperature not exceeding 80, it should not be less than 100 megaohms.

6、 Working environment: Temperature -50 ℃+50 ℃, relative temperature not exceeding 85 (20 ℃± 5).

The SJK-1 speed detector is a non-contact intelligent belt slip detection device on the belt conveyor of Macheng Schmeisser. It can detect the slip fault of the belt conveyor in a timely manner and issue an alarm signal. There are two types: contact and non-contact, providing options
Contact type is installed under the belt with wheels, and non-contact type is installed on the driven edge to detect the speed of the driven wheel. The slip and underspeed of the belt are detected by the change in the speed of the driven wheel.
