Working principle of RF admittance level switch:

The RF admittance level controller is developed by our company based on the introduction and research of RF technology. It is an anti adhesion, more reliable, and widely applicable level controller: a high-frequency radio wave is applied to the probe. When the position of the material changes, the admittance value of the probe, container wall, and the measured material of the instrument changes accordingly. This change is detected by the circuit and converted into relevant signal outputs for remote control or alarm use. The circuit design of the instrument (utilizing the principle of equipotential) can eliminate the influence of material accumulation on the measurement circuit, thereby accurately reflecting the actual level of the material instead of adhering to the material accumulation on the probe.


Working principle of anti rotation level switch:

The anti rotation level switch uses a synchronous micro motor to drive the detection blades to rotate at a speed of one rotation per minute after deceleration. When the level of the tested material rises and the rotation of the blades is hindered, the detection mechanism generates rotational displacement around the main shaft. This displacement first activates a micro switch, emitting a material level signal. Subsequently, another micro switch is activated to cut off the power supply to the motor, causing it to stop running. As long as the material level remains unchanged, this state will continue indefinitely.

When the material level drops and the detection blade loses its obstruction, the detection mechanism relies on the spring tension to restore it to its original state. Firstly, a micro switch is activated to turn on the motor power and rotate it once. Then, another micro switch sends out a no material level signal. As long as there is no material blocking the rotation of the detection blade, this state will continue.

Installation:

When selecting measuring points at the top of the warehouse, direct impact of materials on the level switch probe should be avoided. Therefore, the horizontal distance between the measuring point and the feeding port should be ≥ 1m. If there is a throwing angle during feeding, it should be avoided to directly face the throwing direction.

If applied to high material level measurement, in order to be able to measure the high point of the material level, the selection of measuring points should not be too far away from the feeding port.

3. Install flange pipes at the selected measuring points according to the installation diagram of the material level switch, and the flange plane should be horizontal.

4. Remove the material level switch, spiral the built-in flange upwards, connect the probe rod to the switch, and tighten the stop screw.

5. Insert the switch into the installation flange pipe and tighten the flange with 4 M 16 * 50 bolts.

6. Connect the wires according to the circuit diagram and turn on the power.
