In recent years, the quality control of Baijiu has become increasingly strict. The application of gas chromatography in Baijiu production has become a powerful means to improve the quality of Baijiu. Due to the wide variety and complex components of Baijiu, gas phase analysis method plays a vital role in the identification of quality. Due to the complex components of Baijiu mixed standard, the temperature programmed method was selected. For the separation of low boiling point components such as acetaldehyde and methanol, the selection of initial temperature is very important. After many tests, when the initial temperature is 50 ℃ and it is kept for 4 minutes, the separation of components with low boiling point is achieved. When the temperature rises to 230 ℃ at the rate of 5 ℃/min, other components in the Baijiu mixed standard are effectively separated.
