EZ-SCREENLS light curtain is an intuitive and easy to operate safety device suitable for machine safety protection. They are designed to withstand common challenges in manufacturing and packaging environments.

3、 Principle process:

(1) Three resolutions (detection capabilities) are available: 14mm to 12m, 23mm to 12m, and 40mm to 12m (39ft). Each transmitter and receiver is equipped with a 5mm embedded window, as well as a 3mm thick aluminum casing and metal back cover for protection. The anti impact system is set up quickly and easily, without the need for PC software, DIP switches, or other highly visual calibration indicators. The easy to debug settings make troubleshooting easier and minimize system downtime.

(2) Dual scanning technology enables sensors to have high immunity to electromagnetic interference, radio frequency interference, environmental light sources, weld beads, and flashlights. The blind spot free design provides end-to-end sensing, eliminating detection gaps. Can connect four systems of any length, resolution, and number of beams in series.

(3) IP65/IP67 rated transmitter/receiver exceeds OSHA/ANSI control reliability requirements and is certified as Level 4/IEC61946, Level 4 PLe/ENISO13849.1, and SIL3/SILCL3/IEC61508/IEC62061.

(4) The EZ-SCREENLS model includes an LS receiver, LS transmitter, end cap bracket kit, and center mounting bracket kit.
