The main purpose of the rocker arm is to replace the filter bag. When the pressure cover of the equipment is too heavy, replacing the filter bag requires two or more personnel to open the filter. After adding the rocker arm device, one person can easily replace the filter bag, saving manpower. The steps for replacing the filter bag are:

1: Stop the water pump operation and close the inlet valve;

2: Open the exhaust valve to release the internal pressure of the equipment;

3: Open the drain outlet and empty the liquid inside the filter;

4: Open the quick connect bolt and remove the cover;

5: Lift the cover up using the rocker arm screw handwheel;

6: Turn the cover to the side of the filter;

7: Take out the old filter bag and put in the new filter bag;

8: Rotate the cover over and put it down to cover it properly;

9: Secure the quick connect bolt and open the inlet valve;

10: Start the water pump and observe the pressure.

How to determine the need to replace the filter bag: The frequency and time of replacing the filter bag depend on the amount of dirt and filtration volume in the filtered liquid, as well as the requirements for filtration accuracy. Specifically, it can be determined based on the filtration pressure difference. If it is a new filter bag, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is basically zero. As the amount of impurities filtered increases, the pressure difference will gradually increase. When the pressure difference approaches the pressure range of the filter, a new one must be replaced
