1. It is strictly prohibited to reach into the operating parts of the equipment.

2. When starting up, the main fan should run in the direction indicated by the arrow.

3. If there is any mechanical or electrical failure or abnormal noise during the operation of the equipment, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the hidden dangers should be eliminated before it can operate normally. Professional personnel are required for equipment maintenance, and key parts must not be disassembled at will.

4. The protective cover cannot be disassembled at will.

5. Before use, the six support seats must be leveled and the nuts must be locked. The fan should be operated in the direction indicated by the arrow. When the equipment is running normally, feeding can begin. The thickness of the material layers on both sides of the screen surface should be consistent before adjusting. Three handles should be used to adjust. If one side of the material layer is thin and the other side is thick, the support seat under the thin edge should be pushed upwards until it is leveled and the adjustment handle is tightened. During normal operation of the equipment, the six support seats should be checked at any time to avoid vibration caused by loosening of some support seats and deformation of the frame.

1. Security protection

For safety reasons and to prevent sudden start-up, some models are equipped with a self-locking mechanism. When the sprocket and circuit are in a locked state through the locking device, the socket cylinder plate can be replaced. After replacement, the locking effect is released and the travel switch is turned on to start the machine.

To keep the workplace clean, a connecting pipe is used to connect the air outlet at the top of the nest eye machine to the dust removal pipeline duct, thereby creating negative pressure in the enclosed nest eye machine working chamber to achieve dust removal and ensure the cleanliness of the workplace.

2. Maintenance and upkeep

Every 500 hours of machine operation, the rolling bearings should be checked. If the bearings make abnormal noises during operation, they must be replaced. After the machine has been working for 1000 hours, refuel regularly and check whether the bolt connection parts are loose, as well as the rubber ring and roller chain tensioning device. After working for 15000 hours, major repairs must be carried out.
