When puffing soybeans, the two sections at the inlet end of the puffing chamber are single screw heads, and the three sections at the outlet end are double screw heads (see attached diagram for configuration).

After assembling all configuration accessories, add steam to the expansion chamber jacket and preheat it to around 100 ℃; Tighten the screw plug on the expansion chamber of the tail section and loosen it 3-4 turns (depending on the tightness), tighten the screw plug fixing screw, and fix the screw plug before feeding.

1. Before starting up, check whether the fasteners of each part are tightened, and pay attention to the fact that the head bolts must be flattened and compressed.
2. Before processing, the machine should be turned on and run idle for 1-2 minutes for preheating, and checked for normal operation.
3. After preheating, slowly add a small amount of wet rice (based on just mixing the rice wet). When the puffed fruit comes out normally, immediately add a small amount of dry rice continuously. Due to the low initial temperature and load consequences, it is necessary to increase the throttle at the beginning of processing, and the rice should be added slowly until the expansion reaches 60-70 centimeters. Gradually increase the rice feeding amount, and the rice feeding amount should be within the power of the tractor.
4. During the processing, it is not allowed to stop the machine midway, otherwise the screw sleeve, machine head nut will cause sticking and the machine cannot operate, making disassembly difficult. The feeding port should not allow puffed fruits and other impurities to enter. If found, immediately remove them with a small wooden stick (iron sticks are not allowed).
5. The sudden failure of puffed fruits during processing is due to excessive water content in the rice, which causes the rice to clump and block the outlet due to steam. Therefore, a small wooden stick should be used to remove the rice clumps immediately (iron sticks should not be used).
6. If one side of the puffed fruit is not properly placed with the core or if there are small stones blocking the outlet, the amount of rice should be increased appropriately or a hammer should be used to tap the core at the outlet from the direction of no stones to the direction of some stones.
7. The sudden occurrence of puffed fruits not puffing during the processing is due to the high temperature of the machine body, and cold water should be added to the front cylinder of the roller head to reduce the temperature.
8. After the processing is completed, let the machine idle for 2-3 minutes to burn the remaining material. Loosen the head nut and remove the screw core, clean up the internal expansion residue, and reassemble it for the next start-up use. During the disassembly process, it should be handled gently and not collided at will. Otherwise, it will affect the normal assembly accuracy of various parts and reduce the service life.
