The A33 intelligent oil level transmitter continuously measures the liquid level in the storage tank and converts the displacement of the liquid level change into a modulus

measuring principle

The A32B intelligent liquid level sensor uses the principle of capacitive sensor to measure the liquid level of the medium. The sensing part of the sensor is measured by the outer metal layer

Composed of a tube and an inner electrode with PTFE insulation protective sleeve, a coaxial capacitor is formed between the inner electrode and the outer measuring cylinder, and the measured medium is filled with it

Between the gap between the inner electrode and the outer measuring cylinder. When the liquid level of the medium changes, the liquid level of the medium filled in the cylinder also changes simultaneously,

The capacitance of the capacitive sensor has been changed, and the capacitance signal is detected by the signal processor and converted into a liquid level signal for output in the form of current.

4mA corresponds to the lowest point of the liquid level, and 20mA corresponds to the highest point of the liquid level.
