1. Gearbox
● Maintenance cycle
The gear oil must be replaced after the first continuous operation of the new machine for 7 working days or 50 hours, and then every 500 hours thereafter.
● Inspection and judgment
Listen for any noise or abnormal sounds, check if the oil level is sufficient, and determine if the gear oil has deteriorated (observe if the oil is cloudy or if the color has darkened or turned milky white).
● Maintenance and upkeep
The engine transmission oil volume is 4 liters, and the pickup oil volume is 8 liters. Add oil to the observation hole. Gear oil grade: GL-5 80W90. Recommend using branded gear oil.
2. Hammer claws and related components

● Inspection and judgment
Listen for any noise or abnormal sounds, check for obvious vibrations in the pickup machine, inspect for missing or unstable hammer claws, excessive soil or severe wear, and maintain the overall balance of the machine. Check if the bearing seat is overheated (below 95 ° C is normal).
● Maintenance and upkeep
Lubricating grease: Choose a brand of high-temperature and anti-wear lithium based lubricating grease, adjust the lubricating grease model according to the operating season temperature, (it is recommended to choose HP-R high-temperature lubricating grease that can be used all year round).
