The quality of Shunbang balers has always been recognized in the industry, but even the strongest and most durable machines require our daily care! What are the things we need to pay attention to in our daily lives during the cold winter weather?
Pick up system
1. Before starting work, check whether the bolts and nuts in all parts of the machine are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner.
2. The gear oil must be replaced after the new machine has been working continuously for 7 working days or 50 hours, and then every 500 hours thereafter. The transmission oil volume of the main engine is 4 liters, and the transmission oil volume of the pickup machine is 8 liters. Gear oil grade: GL-5 80W90. Recommend using branded gear oil.
3. When the machine is running, check whether the transmission shafts are running concentric. If they are not concentric, they should be replaced or calibrated in a timely manner to ensure that the machine does not resonate and maintain the overall balance of the machine.
4. Check the wear and tear of the moving and fixed knives, and check if the moving knife is broken. If it is broken, it must be replaced in a timely manner to maintain the overall balance of the machine.
5. Check the wear and tear of the hammer claws, and inspect for any broken or deformed claws, zombie claws, and any loss, lack of movement, excessive dirt or severe wear of the hammer claws to maintain the overall balance of the machine and extend its service life.
6. When the vehicle is traveling, it is necessary to hang the safety chain and then lower the pickup machine to avoid the situation of incomplete picking due to uneven road conditions caused by the sinking of one side of the boom when using the boom to lift the pickup machine during operation.
7. Adjust the lower support arm of the pickup machine so that the left and right swing range of the pickup machine is within 1-3 centimeters or there is no obvious swing range.
8. During operation, the oil injection points of the entire machine should be filled once every 6 hours in summer, 5-7 times with a manual oil gun, and once every 8 hours in winter, 5-7 times with a manual oil gun. The temperature changes of each bearing should be monitored, and a temperature below 90 ℃ is considered normal.
A precise machine, a pile of golden forage, a clash between steel and plants, a combination of technology and wisdom, has given birth to a new path to wealth, the straw feed baler!
