How to clean the straw baler
Date: 2021-12-13Read: 22
The emergence of straw balers has provided a good place for straw that has nowhere to go, avoiding environmental pollution caused by burning straw. At the same time, it can also turn waste straw into green nutrients. It can be said that the emergence of straw balers has brought a lot of convenience to everyone. Long term use can also shorten the lifespan of the baler, so how to maintain it has become a topic of discussion. The important thing before maintenance is how to clean the baler. Next, the editor will introduce how to clean the baler.
How to clean the main body:
1. Use it for several times, and then immerse it in a spray for 2-3 times within 2 to 24 hours.
2. Mud and water cleaning: For non fading grams (usually referred to as sweeping lights), they will become dull and lose their impact on the soil. Therefore, after the battle is over, you only need to clean the sprayer with mud and water a few times, and then rinse it with water.
3. Ferrous sulfate scrubbing: Only 24-D butyl ester in herbicides is difficult to clean. After spraying, it is necessary to scrub with a 0.5% ferrous sulfate solution, conduct a safety test, and then use other herbicides.
In addition to cleaning the main body, cleaning the components of the baler is also important. So, let's learn how to clean the components together
1. Remove scale. When removing scale from iron casting cylinders and other areas, hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 8% -10% and a corrosion inhibitor solution equivalent to 3% hydrochloric acid can be heated to 50-60 ℃ and injected into the water jacket. After soaking for 2-3 hours, it can be discharged and then cleaned with an aqueous solution containing potassium dichromate, or a 5% concentration caustic soda solution can be injected into the water jacket to neutralize residual acid solution. Then rinse several times with clean water until thoroughly cleaned.
2. Use caustic soda solution to remove scale. When removing scale mainly composed of silicates, a 2% -3% caustic soda solution can be added to the cooling system. After driving the vehicle for 1-2 days, it can be released and rinsed with clean water. Repeat this process once and clean the cooling system with clean water.
3. Alkaline solution is used to remove oil stains. The removal of animal, vegetable, and mineral oils and fats on the surface of parts can be achieved by adding a small amount of emulsifier to a solid rehydration solution and cleaning it after heating. If pressure injection is used, the effect will be better. After cleaning, spray heated water to rinse off any residual alkaline solution on the surface of the parts.
4. Organic solvents are used to remove oil stains. To prevent corrosion of precision parts (such as high-pressure oil pumps, injectors, etc.) by alkaline solutions, organic solvents (such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, etc.) can generally be used for cleaning.
5. Aluminum alloy cleaning solution is used to remove oil stains. Due to the strong corrosive effect of alkaline solutions on aluminum alloys and the high cost of organic solvents, aluminum alloy cleaning solutions can be prepared when cleaning aluminum alloy parts. Generally, sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution is added with a small amount of potassium dichromate to prepare, and heating to 60-70 ℃ can achieve the best effect.
