【 Maintenance 】 Winter baler maintenance tips

Be sure to perform good winter maintenance on the baler. Proper maintenance of the machine can effectively extend its service life.
1. Check tire pressure: When the weather is cold, the tire pressure of the working baler should be maintained between 400~450KPa. If insufficient tire pressure is found during daily inspections, it should be promptly inflated;
2. Add lubricating oil on time: Maintain and add lubricating oil on time. It is recommended to use Shunbang special lubricating oil or high-quality lubricating oil;
3. Regularly replace hydraulic oil and filter element: replace hydraulic oil in winter and summer according to temperature, choose L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil in summer and L-HN32 hydraulic oil in winter; Replace the hydraulic oil filter every 500 hours.
4. Regularly replace the gearbox gear oil: The gearbox gear oil needs to be replaced after 50 hours of operation of the new machine, and then every 500 hours thereafter;
5. Safe driving: The tires are non steel wire inclined rubber tires, which are low-speed non road tires. It is recommended that the road driving speed does not exceed 30Km/h, as there may be safety hazards when driving at high speeds.
