The rice mill consists of a frame, a sand roller (with spiral grooves on the sand roller), a rice knife, a rice sieve, a feeding hopper, a discharge nozzle, an electric motor, etc. During work, the clean brown rice processed in the previous section enters the rice milling chamber of the rice mill from the feeding hopper. With the rotation of the sand roller, the brown rice spirals forward along the surface of the sand roller and is subjected to great squeezing and friction forces. The surface of the sand roller, which rotates at a certain linear speed, continuously rubs off the surface layer of the brown rice, causing the rice grains to rub against each other, the rice grains to rub against the rice knife, and the rice grains to rub against the rice sieve. The surface of the brown rice is repeatedly "cut" and "rubbed off" to roughen and whiten (rough or fine grinding) it, and then pushed to the outlet through the spiral groove on the sand roller, and flows out from the discharge nozzle. At the same time, under the strong suction effect, the bran powder is forced to detach from the rice grains, discharged from the sieve holes, and then collected through the bran suction hopper.
Operation Method
1. At the beginning of use, due to the inability of grains to fill the milling chamber, a mixture of grains and white rice flows out from the rice outlet. When the grains fill the milling chamber and the white rice no longer contains spare grains, the original mixture is poured into the grain hopper for heavy milling.
2. The grain hopper is controlled by a knob to control the inflow of grains, and the outlet gate controls the outflow of rice. When the inflow of grains and the outflow of rice are controlled appropriately, the outflow of rice is white. If the outflow of rice is not white enough, the outlet gate can be turned smaller or the knob can be pulled out to obtain white rice.
3. If it is not the unevenness of the rice itself that causes a high rate of broken rice, then the gap between the rice knife and the sand roller should be adjusted. If there are many grains, adjust the gap between the millet knife and the sand roller. When adjusting, remove the cover and pull out the front screen wall to loosen the screw and adjust the rice knife. The moisture content of grains is too high or too low (the moisture content should be kept at 13.515.5% depending on the variety of rice) and uneven, which will increase the broken rice rate. Therefore, it is required that the raw grains be dried evenly.
4. The installation angle of the louver seat will affect the cleanliness of the suction, and it is generally recommended to form a 35 degree angle with the horizontal plane. When adjusting, loosen the bolt on the right side of the louver seat, turn the upper half of the louver seat to the required angle, and then tighten the bolt.
5. When the mixture of bran and rice flows into the louver seat, the rice gate plate on the louver seat should be adjusted to ensure that the mixed material flow is evenly distributed and slides down along the full width of the window seat. The gap between the rice gate plates should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the bran is sucked clean.
6. After using for a period of time, if the rice is rough and contains a lot of grains, it is due to the wear of the rice mill sand roller, and it is necessary to re sand or replace the roller with a new one.
Notes:
1. Raw grains must be cleaned before processing to prevent debris from entering the machine and causing damage.
2. Before starting the processing, first check whether the connecting fasteners of the rice mill are firm, paying special attention to whether the bolt heads of the triangle iron are worn. If they are, they should be replaced immediately, otherwise the triangle iron cannot be fixed and may fall into the machine, causing damage to the machine. Check if all adjusting and rotating components are flexible and reliable, and if there are any collisions. After adjustment, close and open the knife door.
3. Lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearings. When replacing the roller, triangle iron, and rice sieve, check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient and clean.
4. Pay attention to safety during operation and do not approach the pulley while working, needAdd a protective cover at the pulley to prevent work-related accidents.
5. Start the power machine in a no-load state, operate normally, gradually open the large knife door, adjust to normal, and observe the opening of the small knife door from the rice outlet and the gap between the rice knife and the roller.
