Correct use:
1. Before starting the homework, the machine head, movement, screw and other working components should be removed, and the rice scale and oil stains on the movement and screw should be carefully cleaned. After cleaning, they should be dried and reassembled.
2. When using, first turn on the machine and run for 1-2 minutes, then slowly add the raw materials into the feeding port. When about a handful of raw materials can fill the groove of the spiral shaft head, stop feeding and perform friction preheating. Wait until the temperature of the standby head rises, the pressure inside the machine chamber increases, and the nozzle starts spraying before feeding. Due to the fact that the temperature and pressure inside the chamber have not yet reached normal levels, the feeding amount should be gradually and slowly increased. 3. Feeding should be continuous and uniform, and the material should be dry, otherwise it may cause blockage of the spiral groove.
4. When the spiral groove is found to be blocked, do not stop the machine immediately. After stopping the feeding, run it for a while until there is a burnt smell before stopping. This can prevent the nozzle and spiral shaft sleeve from biting. If the nozzle or spiral shaft sleeve gets stuck and cannot be removed, do not forcefully knock or smash it. You can remove it from the machine body and burn it in the fire for a while before removing it.
5. When the forming product cannot be sprayed from the nozzle in the early stage of the operation, it is often caused by the nozzle temperature being too high. The reason is that the raw material is too dry, or there are foreign objects in the spiral groove, or the feeding is interrupted. The cause should be found and the fault should be eliminated according to different situations.
6. After the homework is completed and the feeding is stopped, let the machine idle for 1 minute, drain the materials inside the machine, and then stop the machine. Remove the nozzle and screw sleeve while it is still hot, flush out the screw shaft, remove any residue inside the machine, clear the spray hole, and prepare for reuse. Attention: Wear gloves when disassembling to prevent burns.
Maintenance and upkeep of puffed food production line
1. The box bearings should be lubricated with grease in a timely manner, and after 500 hours of operation, all lubricating grease should be replaced once (A suitable amount of lubricating grease should be added before running the new machine, and the oil should be changed after 200 hours of operation.)
2. Other bearing parts should be regularly lubricated with grease
3. It is strictly prohibited to use hard hammers during the disassembly and assembly of vulnerable parts such as screws and screw sleeves. It is also strictly prohibited to place heavy objects or stand people on the expansion chamber
4. The puffed raw materials should be cleaned to prevent metal and other foreign objects from entering the machine and damaging the components
5. Check the quality of the puffing machine at any time on the puffing food production line and pay attention to replacing vulnerable parts
6. Keep the area around the equipment clean
7. When the puffing material is not used or replaced during long-term shutdown, the material inside the puffing chamber should be cleaned to avoid clumping, mold growth, or cross contamination between materials
8. Due to the relatively fast wear of vulnerable parts near the discharge port and less wear of vulnerable parts near the feed port, when replacing vulnerable parts, they should be replaced sequentially from the discharge end, and it is not advisable to replace multiple components at once.
