Structural Design

1.This equipment is designed as an integrated system, including a laboratory, refrigeration system, heating system, dual-mode constant humidification system (automatic water replenishment and anti dry burning), electrical control system, air circulation system, and other supporting facilities not mentioned in this technical specification but necessary to ensure the normal, stable, long-term, safe, and reliable operation of the system.

2. Outer box: using thickness 1.5mm spray coated cold-rolled steel plate and external structural reinforcement parts, surface treated with acid pickling and phosphating, electrostatic spray coated, with a smooth and even coating, uniform color, no exposed bottom, bubbles, peeling, scratch marks, and no rust, coating peeling, irreversible deformation, etc. on the outer wall plate. The appearance color is gray white.

3. Inner box: using thickness 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel and internal structural reinforcement, the plate has good corrosion resistance, and the surface is free of wear and scratches. There are no welding defects such as deformation, cracks, undercutting, incomplete penetration, incomplete welding, burn through weld bead, arc pit, porosity, slag inclusion, collapse, and pits. The inner wall panel effectively prevents moisture from entering the insulation layer. The continuously welded inner wall of the workspace does not leak or undergo irreversible deformation after long-term continuous high and low temperature wet heat testing. The inner box is equipped with anti drip design.

4. Thermal insulation material:The insulation material of the body is made of fire-resistant B1 grade high-density polyurethane and ultra-fine glass fiber, which has sufficient heat resistance, frost resistance, moisture resistance, insulation, and flame retardant properties. The insulation layer thickness is 100mm.; The insulation material of the door is made of glass wool; The inner wall is continuously welded into a sealed working chamber, which is flat and ensures that there is no leakage after long-term wet heat testing.
