Introduction to Structural Design

This dust-proof test device (dust-proof box) is made of high-quality materials, processed and formed using processing equipment, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic for a beautiful and smooth appearance. Coordinated color matching, curved design, smooth and natural lines. The inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel plate. The indoor sample rack and other accessories are made of stainless steel plates, with a reasonable design and durability.

The dust removal fan at the bottom of the equipment has a vertically circulating airflow carrying dust, and the experimental dust can be recycled; The equipment itself has good sealing performance, and the indoor test conditions can be clearly observed during the test; The equipment is equipped with a vacuum pumping system to meet the needs of the test; The bottom of the equipment has a dust replaceable device, and the base is equipped with four adjustable horizontal casters for easy movement and fixation.

To protect personnel safety, the box door is designed with a set of protective devices. When the box door is not closed properly, the equipment cannot start running and will sound an alarm.

Circuit control system

  • Adopting an imported 7-inch LCD touch screen controller, PLC control can respectively control the dust removal fan, dust vibration, vacuum pumping, power on/off, temperature and time;

This controller has the following arbitrary setting control functions:

a. Dust removal time (stop, blow): Choose any time setting for continuous or periodic dust removal;

b. Vibration time: The vibration and stop vibration time automatically alternate: 99H99M99S can be set;

c. Total test time: The maximum test time is 9999 hours and 59 minutes;

d. Temperature: studio dehumidification temperature setting control;

e. Power on: turn off turn on turn off time control (equipped with dust-proof socket);

f. Vacuuming: Vacuum pressure and time control.

  • Heating system: The circulating air duct is equipped with heating tubes to heat dust, avoiding dust condensation and ensuring safe and stable heat supply; Equipped with timed heating control;

  • Design dust collection port, dust can be easily replaced at any time;
