The transmission device is designed reasonably and manufactured precisely. It is driven by a stepper motor and a reducer, and the speed can be directly set on the touch screen instrument. It is controlled by a PLC controller, and the operation is simple, avoiding the problem of manual adjustment based on feeling in similar equipment in the pastSexuality and complexity.

According to the customer's invitation, the sample rack is designed with a load capacity of 400 kilograms, a tabletop radius of 400mm, and an aluminum alloy hollow design. The equipment is equipped with a pure water system and has a sufficiently large water tank for spraying water. The water suction motor injects water pressure from the water tank into the pipeline, and by adjusting the pressure relief valve, it maintains the specified flow rate and pressure and sprays out from the nozzle. The water pump is a high-pressure plunger pump, and the nozzle is an imported atomizing fan-shaped nozzle. The core water supply pump of the overall circulation configuration is a customized model assembly of the Italian CALPEDA series.

Flow meter: The German Cologne electromagnetic flow meter is used, consisting of an electromagnetic flow sensor and an electromagnetic flow converter. It works based on the Faraday electromagnetic current response principle and can be used to measure the flow rate of experimental water flow. It can achieve control, adjustment, display, and accumulation of flow rate. Output a 4-20mADC signal through a converter, connect it to a controller, be controlled by it, and display it.
