Our company's BYXZ series frequency conversion series resonance test equipment is mainly used for the frequency conversion AC withstand voltage test of 10kV, 20KV, 35kV, 110kV cross-linked rubber power cables, 66kV, 110kV, 220kV combination electrical appliances (GIS), and power frequency AC withstand voltage test of hydraulic and thermal generators or power transformers. The basic principle is to use an adjustable (30-300Hz) series resonance test equipment to resonate with the capacitance of the test object to generate an AC test voltage.

Complete set of equipment for frequency conversion series resonance testThe BYXZ series is mainly used for cross linked rubber power cables of 10kV, 20KV, 35kV, and 110kV, frequency conversion AC withstand voltage tests of 66kV, 110kV, and 220kV combination electrical appliances (GIS), and power frequency AC withstand voltage tests of hydraulic and thermal generators or power transformers. The basic principle is to use an adjustable (30-300Hz) series resonance test equipment to resonate with the capacitance of the test object to generate an AC test voltage. Due to the large capacitance of cables, traditional power frequency test transformers are bulky, bulky, and difficult to obtain on-site power sources with high currents. Therefore, series resonant AC withstand voltage test equipment is generally used. Its input power capacity can be significantly reduced, weight can be reduced, and it is easy to use and transport. In the initial stage, induction type series resonant devices (50Hz) were commonly used, but they have disadvantages such as poor automation and high noise. Therefore, nowadays, frequency conversion resonance is mostly used, which can achieve higher quality factor (Q value), and has advantages such as automatic tuning, multiple protections, noise reduction, flexible combination methods, and light weight per piece.

Frequency selection (HZ):

1. Generator -50HZ, take 50HZ.

2. Transformer -45~65Hz, take 50Hz.

3.GIS、 Switches and busbars -30~300Hz, take 45Hz.

4. Power cable: 30-300Hz, take 35Hz.

5. Voltage selection (KV): Determine the DA test voltage according to regulatory requirements.

6. Selection of capacitance (uf): determined based on the large capacitance of the test sample.

7. Large capacity of the device: P=UI × 1.25 (KVA).
