| Overview SWP-TSR Intelligent TFT True Color Paperless Recorder is a newly developed intelligent multifunctional secondary instrument by our company in 2004, which is suitable for monitoring, controlling, recording, and remote data transmission of various process parameters. The SWP-TSR intelligent TFT true color paperless recorder adopts the structural ideas of today's computers in its design: the hardware uses a 5.6-inch true color, high brightness TFT LCD as the display screen, a new microprocessor with flash memory inside, expands the large capacity data storage area, and uses a large screen LCD graphic display board as the display; The software introduces the framework of Chinese WINDOWS and adopts data compression technology. The quasi computerized structure highly reflects the characteristics of microprocessor based instruments, successfully integrating a multifunctional color paperless recording instrument that can achieve multi loop parameter monitoring, display multiple sets of numbers and graphic curves on the same screen/split screen, and contain large capacity data recording and storage space in a housing with a volume of 144 × 144 × 240 mm. The SWP-TSR intelligent TFT true color paperless recorder has made challenging reforms to traditional mechanical recorders in terms of human-machine operation and observation interface: guiding configuration operations with Chinese menus, displaying measurement processes and results with rich graphic and textual data, identifying the engineering meaning of screen content with clear Chinese information, replacing traditional recording pens and paper with large capacity semiconductor memory, overcoming various drawbacks and consumable costs of mechanical recorders, and giving people a simple and intuitive feeling of "intelligence". The SWP-TSR intelligent TFT true color paperless recorder can accept up to 12 measured signals, output up to 12 relay signals, and provide 6 DC24V power feeds. It can complete the entire process from signal acquisition, control, recording, retrieval to transmission according to user requirements. The SWP-TSR intelligent TFT true color paperless recorder can be directly connected to a printer with an RS232 serial port to print data or curves. The serial communication interface of SWP-TSR intelligent TFT true color paperless recorder can use SWP instrument communication protocol or MODBUS RTU communication protocol to transmit data to the upper computer, achieving centralized management of recorded data. The SWP-TSR intelligent TFT true color paperless recorder can feed and output power to the sensor, and the system composed of it can eliminate the need for a power distributor. Adopting the full spelling input method, with a two-level Chinese character library, there are more than 6000 Chinese characters available for online setting of names on the screen. The USB interface storage stick used as external storage has a beautiful and compact appearance, without any mechanical moving parts, greatly enhancing the reliability of the instrument. If there is any abnormal sound, smoke or odor inside the instrument panel, please immediately turn off the power and promptly contact our customer service department or local dealer. 3.2 Installation of Instruments 3.2.1 Installation Environment To ensure the normal operation of this instrument, it must be installed on a dashboard without strong interference; In order to securely install this instrument on the dashboard, the steel plate thickness of the dashboard panel should not be less than 2mm. And please confirm the ambient temperature: 0 ℃ -45 ℃; Environmental humidity: 10% -85% (no condensation); Please be careful not to install in places with direct sunlight, high levels of steam, corrosive gases, or electromagnetic sources; 3.2.2 Installation Dimensions The installation dimensions of this instrument are shown in Figure 3-2-1. (Unit: mm) 3.2.3 Installation Method: Please use steel plates with a thickness of 2mm or more for installing the panel. As shown in Figure 3-2-2, 1. Loosen the screws on the L, N, and G ends counterclockwise, insert the plastic insulated three core power line into the square holes marked with the letters L, N, and G, and then tighten the screws. (G is the grounding terminal) 2. Connect the power supply to check whether the instrument can work normally. If there is any abnormality, please contact the local dealer. 3. After normal operation, disconnect the power and connect the signal line. The analog signal wiring of this instrument is shown in Figure 3-3-2, and the transmitter wiring is shown in Figure 3-3-3. 1. Gently open both sides of the terminal cover and remove the terminal cover; 2. When connecting signal lines, please connect them from bottom to top for ease of installation; 3. Connect the input/output signal lines to the corresponding terminals respectively (it is recommended to use insulated sleeves when connecting the terminals), and tighten the screws; 4. Please make sure to connect the signal line when the power is off; 5. After the wiring is completed, cover the terminal cover. The RS-232C communication port of this instrument is located on the back of the instrument (see Figure 3-3-1-A). It can not only exchange data with computers, but also communicate with various peripheral devices such as serial printers (see P34 for printer models). The communication line should be made of shielded twisted pair, and the length of the communication line should not exceed 10 meters. The wiring is shown in Figure 3-3-4 for the RS-232C communication line between the computer and the instrument. When conducting RS-485 communication with multiple instruments, a communication converter needs to be added between the instrument and the computer, as shown in Figure 3-3-6. The RS-485 communication line should use shielded twisted pair cables, and the communication line should not exceed 1000 meters when the baud rate is above 192000bps. To reduce signal reflection and echo interference, please install 120 ohm terminal resistors at both ends of the communication line.
