4. The tightening force requirement for butterfly springs is 16-27KN (taking HSK63 as an example), which should be tested twice a year.

5. The extension distance of the knife rod when loosening the knife is 10.5 ± 0.1mm (taking HSK63 as an example), which should be tested 4 times a year

3、 Electric spindle maintenance

Clean the spindle motor clamp and pressure cap every day.

When using equipment with automatic lubrication function, pay attention to observing the lubricating oil storage in the automatic lubrication oil tank and replenish lubricating oil to the tank in a timely manner.

3. Enter JDTEST to check the status of each signal bit and the motion characteristics of each axis. After confirming the correctness, run continuously in EN3D for 10 minutes. If the work is normal, it indicates that regular maintenance is completed.
