Experimental Procedure:
Clean the surface of the wheels with a cotton pad or paper dipped in ethanol and let it dry. Place the specimen support platform on the testing platform, ensuring that the holes on the specimen support can be bolted onto the testing platform. Slowly lower the caster until it contacts the specimen. Place the vacuum cleaner as close as possible to the test piece, but not in contact. Start the vacuum cleaner to begin the entire experiment.
Adjust the counter to the specified number of test cycles and start it. Products with substrates are required for testing. If the substrate is not specified, polyethylene foam with a thickness of (2 ± 0.5) mm and a density of (35 ± 5) kg/m3 shall be used as the substrate.
Use double-sided tape or adhesive tape to install the sample on the specimen support platform, ensuring that the double-sided tape or adhesive tape covers the entire specimen support platform. Ensure that there is no gap between the specimen and the top strip to prevent the specimen from moving or lifting under loading conditions. Set the counter to 25000 revolutions per minute and start it. After the machine stops at 25000 revolutions, check each layer of the specimen and evaluate the specimen after running for 25000 revolutions. Before evaluation, the 25000 rpm test piece should be cured for at least 24 hours under standard conditions, with the surface of the test piece facing upwards or hanging freely.
