XK-8070 Rubber Ozone Aging Tester (Dynamic Method) is a testing instrument used to test the aging resistance of rubber materials. The principle is to install an ozone generator on the base of the constant temperature box. The temperature of the constant temperature box is set at 50 ℃. The ozone generator generates ozone through the principle of electrostatic arc discharge, and the ozone is replaced by gas circulation in the constant temperature box to reach the set concentration value, thereby providing environmental conditions for the aging resistance test of rubber materials. The box is equipped with a dynamic stretching device. At present, our company produces two models: static method and dynamic method.

Usage description:

XK-8070 Rubber Ozone Aging Tester (Dynamic Method)A testing instrument used to test the aging resistance of rubber materials. The principle is to install an ozone generator on the base of the constant temperature box. The temperature of the constant temperature box is set at 50 ℃. The box is equipped with a dynamic stretching device. At present, our company produces two models: static method and dynamic method.

Test principle: Under static tensile strain conditions, vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber specimens are exposed to air containing a constant concentration of ozone and a sealed test chamber at a constant temperature. The cracking of the specimens is checked for a predetermined period of time. After the specified test time, check whether the sample has cracks, and if necessary, evaluate the degree of cracking of the sample.

At any specified tensile strain, determine the time at which the specimen first appears to crack

Measure the critical strain for any specified exposure time.
