The gasoline engine circuit consists of a crankshaft generator, ignition coil, and trigger coil or switch, which are connected to an electronic igniter to drive the high-voltage pack to the spark plug. The ignition time is very important! An electronic igniter should generally have 4-6 wires, two ignition voltages, two triggers, two shut-off switches, one output, or a common wire, with one or two wires missing. The high-voltage package should be grounded, and the driver should have one wire. The winding should have a main winding, an excitation drive winding, and a few sampling windings to regulate the signal to the controller. DC winding open circuit or short circuit. Partial open circuit or short circuit of the DC winding of the armature can cause the output voltage to be too low or unstable, and the contact between the commutator and the brush can cause serious sparking. Common issues include short circuits between windings and iron cores, and loose connections between coils and commutator segments. When such faults occur, the coil can be observed from the outside for any broken wires, desoldering, short circuits, or burnt areas. If no abnormalities are found on the appearance, the electric brush can be removed, the commutator can be wiped clean, and then the commutator can be measured piece by piece with a multimeter R × 1 gear, and the open circuit can always be found. If the winding is broken or short circuited severely, it should be sent to a professional repair department for rewinding or replacement of a new armature. When measuring whether there is a short circuit connected to the iron core, connect one probe to the casing and measure the commutator with the other probe. The winding and iron core should be insulated and there should be no leakage or short circuit. At this point, the measured resistance value should be ∞.
