The hoist is fed by the feeding hopper. After the hoist runs normally, the feeding hopper insert plate is turned on to lift the material. At the end of the work, the feeding hopper insert plate should be turned off first or the power should be turned off after the material is lifted to avoid turning off the power during the work process, which may cause excessive residual grain in the hopper and make it difficult to start the hoist due to excessive starting torque.

The feeding amount of the elevator is controlled by the opening amount of the feeding bucket insertion plate; When replacing materials, it is necessary to remove the bottom cover of the machine base and clear the remaining grain.

Belt deviation adjustment, bearing adjustment plate controls the tightness and deviation of the belt. The tightness of the belt should be adjusted by gently pressing the belt on the observation port, which should have some elasticity but not loosen. The imbalance of the bearing adjustment plates on both sides can easily cause the belt to deviate. When the belt deviates to the left (right) side, the left (right) side should be lowered or the right (left) side bearing adjustment plate should be raised.

Grain guide plate adjustment, the grain guide plate is composed of a grain guide bracket and a grain guide rubber. The function of the grain guide plate is to act as an isolation component between the grain outlet and the barrel, avoiding material backflow into the barrel and causing grain return. Thereby improving production efficiency and reducing the breakage rate during the production process. The adjustment principle is to keep the guiding rubber as close as possible to the outer edge of the hopper without causing collision and with a certain safety gap. Generally, the distance between the blocking rubber and the outer edge of the hopper should be 3-5mm.
