After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust particles are trapped on the outside of the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged in pulses, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal. Pulse bag filter regularly cleans dust automatically.

The centrifugal fan blows out a dusty airflow through the air inlet into the pulse dust removal box. Due to the difference in air pressure between the dust removal box and the outside, the dusty airflow will quickly pass through the 9 uniformly distributed 3 × 3 filter cartridges inside the pulse dust removal box and be discharged into the outside air. The dust in the airflow is blocked on the outer surface of the filter, and the filtered clean air is discharged into the outside air, ultimately completing the dust removal function of the dusty airflow. The pulse blowing control device is connected to the pulse solenoid valve to regularly blow 0.6-0.8MPa high-pressure air into the interior of the filter cartridge. The high-pressure air passes through the filter cartridge from the inside out, removing the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The dust particles fall into the lower dust collection hopper and are cleaned regularly.
