1. The CO2 gas concentration detection adopts an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. During operation, the sensor has no mechanical wear, fast response speed, high reliability, good stability, and long service life.

2. The detection of O2 gas concentration adopts an electrochemical oxygen sensor, which has the characteristics of good linearity, accurate detection, long service life, and can fully meet the needs of users.

3. All temperature detection uses PT100 resistance temperature sensors, which have stable performance and good linearity.

When the concentration of O2 gas is less than 19.8%, high-purity N2 gas and CO2 gas are used to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.

When the concentration of O2 gas is greater than 23%, high-purity O2 gas and CO2 gas are used to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.

6. The box adopts a gentle breeze circulation method to make the air circulation close to natural air convection, shorten the recovery time of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration, and ensure the balance of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration.

When the box door is opened, the solenoid valve automatically closes and the breeze circulation stops automatically, reducing gas loss, saving gas sources, and minimizing pollution caused by external air entering the box.

Requirements for transportation and use of three gas incubators:

If the incubator is not used for a long time, the water in the studio must be removed before closing, and the glass door must be opened for ventilation for 24 hours before closing.

When cleaning the CO2 incubator workshop, do not collide with components such as sensors, mixing motors, and wind turbines.

When disassembling and assembling the bracket cover in the workshop, a random wrench must be used and excessive force must not be applied.

Before transporting the incubator, the water inside the incubator must be drained. When draining, tightly fit the rubber tube onto the water outlet hole so that the pipe mouth is lower than the instrument. Gently take a sip, lower the water pipe, and the water will be siphoned out.

Before moving the incubator, the shelves and humidification tray inside the studio should be taken out to prevent collision and damage to the glass door.

When transporting the incubator, do not invert it and do not lift the door to avoid deformation.

The box structure of the three gas incubator is divided into three parts: the top is the control system, the middle is the working chamber, and the bottom is where the compressor is stored.

1. Control system part: The top is the electrical control, just like the human brain, which has a commanding role and plays a leading role in the entire box, occupying a core position. Its characteristics include parameter memory protection for data loss in case of power outage or system crash, and call recovery function.


Precautions for using a three gas incubator

1. The three gas incubator should be managed by a dedicated person. Once any switches or adjustment knobs on the control panel are fixed, do not twist them randomly to avoid affecting the temperature inside the incubator, CO2、 And the fluctuation of humidity, while reducing the sensitivity of the incubator.

2. The water added must be distilled water or deionized water to prevent mineral accumulation and corrosion in the water tank of the incubator. Water must be changed once a year. Regularly check if there is enough water in the incubator.

3. The incubator should be regularly cleaned and disinfected with disinfectant, and the shelves can be removed for cleaning and disinfection to prevent contamination by other microorganisms, which may lead to experimental failure.

4. Regularly check the safety device for overheating in the incubator to prevent overheating. Detection method: Press the monitoring alarm button, turn the fixing screw until the over temperature alarm device sounds, and then turn off the over temperature safety light.

5. If carbon dioxide is not used for a long time, the CO2 switch should be turned off to prevent the CO2 regulator from malfunctioning.

6. The CO2 used must be pure, otherwise it will reduce the sensitivity of the CO2 sensor and contaminate the CO2 filtration device.

7. To maintain the stability of CO2 in an uncontrolled incubator, a container containing water should be placed at the bottom of the incubator.
