The Parker HMI series metric connecting rod hydraulic cylinder is a compact cylinder with a rated working pressure of up to 210 bar, depending on the piston rod end and type of use. Like Parker Hydraulics' cylinders, they are designed to provide long-term effective service, low maintenance requirements, and high productivity. Parker's HMI series metric cylinders comply with the requirements of ISO 6020/2160 Bar Compact series.
To generate a CAD model of HMI series cylinders, please follow the steps for equivalent HMI series cylinders.
A range of optional features can be provided, such as different installation methods and piston rod diameters, allowing customization of HMI cylinders to suit different industrial applications. For HMI series cylinders, including feedback sensors and position switches, buffers, large ports, stop tubes, travel limiters, cover discharge ports, rod end protection, etc., a wider range of options can be provided. Application scenarios
The force is transmitted in a straight line along the axial direction of the piston rod.
Compression (thrust): using the HH method installed at the cylinder head end.
Stretching (tension): Use the JJ method installed at the cylinder head end.

Using a large flange surface for support, the rigidity of the installation support is high.

Front flange installation
The cylinder with JJ front flange installation method has a positioning outer circular surface for accurate alignment during installation (see page C9 for details).
On cylinders with inner diameters of 25, 32, and 40mm, the baffle and cylinder head of the Gland are integral; On cylinders with an inner diameter of 50mm or more, the gland baffle is circular and connected to the cylinder head with screws.
