3. In an efficient rotary distillation machine, the liquid phase undergoes multiple processes of dispersion and aggregation. During this process, the liquid is thrown away from the moving circle in concentric circles as fine droplets. Under the action of centrifugal force, the high-speed moving droplets are collided, sheared, and splashed on specific structures inside the equipment, forming a gas-liquid interface with a large specific surface area and constantly updating. After aggregation, it enters the next cycle.

In the device, the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the rotor is generally in reverse phase, and the gas-liquid contact process between the annular gaps in the internal structure of the equipment can be divided into two steps: * step is when the liquid phase is thrown away from the center and comes into contact with the gas in a cross flow manner; The second step is the process of the liquid phase falling onto a specific structural wall of the device. The gas in the annular gap rotates upward, while the liquid rotates downward under the influence of gas and gravity, resulting in counter current contact. In the second step, the liquid rotates along the wall and collides and squeezes with the constantly ejected liquid, resulting in a very fast surface renewal and a * mass transfer rate. This is similar to a wet wall tower that undergoes a series of extremely fast liquid surface renewals. The gas-liquid inside the equipment passes through an annular gap like passing through a wet wall tower, with higher mass and heat transfer efficiency.

Supergravity distillationprinciple

(1) By using centrifugal force to disperse the liquid and then bringing it into contact with the gas, it is more thorough than directly contacting the liquid with other substances, improving the specific surface area and mass and heat transfer rate and efficiency of gas-liquid phase contact, and greatly reducing the size of the equipment.

(2) A rotor with a specific structure rotates at high speed inside the body. The gas phase enters the machine through the gas inlet and enters the rotor from the outer edge, while the liquid phase enters the center of the rotor through the inlet. The gas-liquid phase forms a gas-liquid interface with a large specific surface area and constantly updates inside the rotor, which has a high mass and heat transfer rate and efficiency. The final gas phase leaves the bed through the outlet and is condensed by the condenser; The liquid phase is collected inside the machine and discharged from the outlet.

Efficient rotary distillation machines generally only take about 10 minutes to operate normally. Users can perform intermittent or continuous operations according to the actual situation.
