Before placing the test piece, apply lubricating oil or machine oil to the inner wall of the test mold several times. After multiple lubrication cycles, place the test piece and gently stir. After the event solidifies, remove the test mold. When disassembling, loosen the butterfly nut on the joint bolt. Once the butterfly nut on the shaft is loosened and the joint bolt is detached from the side template groove, the side template can be removed. After using the trial mold, it needs to be washed clean with water and coated with a layer of oil on the surface to prevent rusting.

1. When installing the mold, it should be noted that the lower plane of the end plate and partition must be tightly pressed against the upper plane of the base, and should not be scratched. If necessary, while compressing the model, gently tap the upper plane of each plate with a wooden hammer to make it tightly attached to the base.

2. Before each mold installation, a thin layer of machine oil should be applied to the surfaces of the other components that make up the mold cavity, and then the partition should be tightly pressed against the positioning pin to prevent the mold cavity from tilting.
