The anti floating buried box pump integrated pump station designed by Siyuan Company is based on the design principle of using DN40 hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and fasteners to assemble the internal components. In addition to the tie bars, there are also station posts and slant support. When we cover the soil, we use large mechanical excavators to cover the soil. Technical requirements for anti floating buried intelligent fire pump station 4.1 Water tank 1) The water tank can be made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, stainless steel plate, composite plate of hot-dip galvanized steel plate and stainless steel plate, or composite PE manufacturing. The specifications of the water tank module include 1m × 1m, 1m × 2m, 1m × 3m, 0.5m × 0.5m, 1m × 0.5m, etc. The bolts required for assembling the water tank should be a complete set of hot-dip galvanized bolts or stainless steel bolts. Rubber sealing gaskets are sandwiched between the water tank modules. 2) The design and manufacturing of water tanks should comply with the requirements and regulations of the building standard design sample book 02S101 "Rectangular Water Supply Tank" and "Fire Water Tank". 3) When the water tank has a capacity of 500m3 in heavy rain, partitions should be set up, and each partition can be used separately; When the water tank is larger than 1000m3, two fire water tanks that can be used separately should be set up. 4) When setting up separate water tanks, valves should be installed on the connecting pipes of different separate and independent water tank spaces to facilitate maintenance in case of equipment failure. 4.2 Pipeline Layout 1) The internal pipeline of the water pump unit is composed of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, and the inlet of the water pump suction pipe should be located in the suction tank inside the water tank or use a swirl preventer. 2) Each system pump group should be equipped with manual inspection, automatic low-frequency inspection, flow detection pipelines, and water testing pipelines, in addition to being controlled by a control cabinet for start and stop. 4.3 Accident Drainage 1) Accident drainage facilities should be installed in the pump room, using two submersible sewage pumps (main pump JYWQ100-15-7.5, auxiliary pump JYWQ20-15-1.5) to discharge accident drainage. When the emergency water level is reached, both pumps can work simultaneously. The accident drainage submersible sewage pump should be installed in the collection pit, and its size should not be less than 1m x 1m x 1m (length x width x depth). 2) The accident drainage pipe adopts hot-dip galvanized steel pipe. 4.4 Ventilation and Dehumidification 1) Mechanical ventilation and air exchange facilities should be installed in the pump room, and the air exchange rate should not be lower than the requirements of relevant specifications. The ventilation openings at the top of the pump room should be equipped with insect proof nets and rain proof louvers. 2) For the pump room where the pump unit installed underground is located, industrial dehumidification equipment should be installed, and the dehumidification equipment model should meet the dehumidification effect inside the pump room. At the same time, the condensed water on the wall inside the pump room can flow into the collection pit through the guide groove set at the bottom of the wall. The foundation of the anti floating buried intelligent fire pump station equipment in Zhumadian should be constructed on undisturbed soil. When it is non undisturbed soil, the soil layer should be compacted by making 37% lime soil and compacting it. 2) The size, concrete grade, and reinforcement of the equipment foundation should be determined after design and calculation by structural professionals. 5. The commissioning and installation of the integrated fire pump station for buried box pumps should be known by the factory; When debugging the equipment, it shall be guided by the manufacturer and delivered for use. 6. The operation and maintenance of the buried box pump integrated fire pump station do not require a dedicated person to be on duty, but regular inspection and maintenance are required. 7. The selection of integrated fire pump station equipment for buried box pumps in Zhumadian anti floating buried intelligent fire pump station determines the type of fire pump based on the design flow rate and required fire water supply pressure requirements of the fire water supply system in the engineering project. The water pump should be one in use and one as backup, and the pressure at 0 flow should not exceed 140% of the system design pressure; When the system flow rate is 150% of the rated flow rate of the water pump, the pressure should not be lower than 65% of the rated pressure. 7.2 The fire water tank calculates the required fire extinguishing water consumption for each individual fire water supply system based on the fire design flow rate and fire duration of each individual fire water supply system in the engineering project. When a construction project consists of multiple fire water supplies, the total amount of water used for extinguishing a fire is the sum of the water used for extinguishing each individual system. From this, the effective volume of the fire water tank is determined, and the size of the fire water tank can be determined based on the tank volume and the actual situation on site. 7.3 The width of the main passage in the pump room should not be less than 1.2 meters, and the width of the passage in front of the electrical control cabinet should not be less than 1.5 meters; A 2m x 2m maintenance port should be installed at the top of the pump room, which should be 200mm above the ground. A sliding top cover should be added to the top of the maintenance port for easy opening and closing; Install escalators in the pump room for easy access; Ventilation pipes should be installed at the top of the pump room, with a height of 1.5m above the ground. 8. Model Description of Underground Box Pump Integrated Fire Pump Station Example: XBZ-400-0.6/20-0.7/40-M-II, anti floating buried box integrated pump station, dual system, effective volume 400m3.
