Aries 16 has achieved a significant breakthrough in the sensitivity performance of back illuminated sCMOS cameras. The 16 micron ultra large pixel design scheme adopted has increased sensitivity by more than 5 times compared to the typical 6.5 μ m pixel, and significantly improved weak light detection capability; The readout noise is as low as 0.8 e -, which can replace EMCCD cameras at equivalent speed and be applied in the field of photon energy level extreme signal detection. It is not affected by multiplicative noise, gain aging and other factors, and has the advantage of higher dynamic range.
