Post process:

Annealing treatment:
Normalization heat treatment has two important functions, one is to make the internal structure of the roller material more compact and improve material strength; Another purpose is to adjust the size or distribution of carbides in the rolling wheel or structure, so that carbides can easily dissolve in the material during subsequent heat treatment, in order to improve the wear resistance of the material and make it uniform.
