Overview

The load of buried prefabricated pumps should include: self weight, hydrostatic pressure, lifting pressure, soil pressure, sedimentation pressure, wave pressure, seismic action, and other loads. In order to extend the service life of the pump station, its calculation should comply with the following regulations:

1. The self weight includes the weight of the pump station structure, packaging weight, and equipment weight;

2. Static water pressure should be calculated based on various working water levels. For the flow rate of muddy sand rivers, the impact of sediment concentration on the severity of water should be considered;

3. Boosting pressure should include buoyancy and osmotic pressure. The osmotic pressure should be calculated and determined based on the foundation type, water level combination conditions under various operating conditions, and the layout, calculation, and determination of drainage facilities at the bottom of the pump station. For soil foundations, an improved resistance coefficient method should be used for calculation; For rock foundations, the straight-line allocation method should be used for calculation;

4. The soil pressure should be calculated based on factors such as foundation conditions, backfill properties, retention height, groundwater level during filling, and structural deformation of pumping stations. The calculation should take into account the top inclination angle and overload effect of the filling material, based on active or static soil pressure;

5. The pressure of silt should be determined based on the location of the pumping station and the sedimentation of sediment;

6. The wind pressure should be determined based on the wind direction provided by the local meteorological station, wind speed, and the wind receiving area of the pump station. The calculation of wind pressure should take into account the influence of pump stations, surrounding terrain, and nearby buildings;
