One method is sewing, applied in high-temperature working environments. Sewing with a special thread that is sturdy and durable even under load. The PVC skeleton is fixed on each fold by sewing, reinforcing and stabilizing the protective cover. There are multiple materials available for you to choose from.

Another type is thermal bonding. At a certain temperature, the internal PVC skeleton can be firmly bonded to the external hinge with the help of special flux. If the protective cover is used in a medium temperature environment, this method can be chosen.

Another method is to use a high-frequency welding machine to perform high-frequency welding on the outer PVC TPU coated fabric and inner PVC skeleton, which is efficient, fast, and does not require the addition of any auxiliary adhesive. This high-frequency welded shield does not require maintenance and is waterproof, dustproof, oil resistant, and acid resistant.
