Noise and efficiency:

Friction free design: When the multi-stage centrifugal blower operates, all components except for the bearings have no mechanical friction, which not only reduces noise but also improves the service life of the blower.

Multi impeller combination: Each series of multi-stage centrifugal fans is designed with multiple impellers to ensure efficient impeller combinations. Personalized engineering design is carried out according to user needs to maintain high operating efficiency (single-stage efficiency can reach 95.3%) within the flow range required by users, in order to achieve the goal of high efficiency and energy saving.

Repair convenience and maintenance cost:

1) The bearing not only adopts an external structure, but also uses ceramic insulation to effectively isolate the heat transfer of equipment, making the bearing have a longer service life. It is widely known that even the best bearings have a lifespan (replace the bearings after 4-5 years of operation). Our fan can replace the bearings on site without the need for factory repair, which costs around 5000 yuan; Ordinary fans have an integrated structure with built-in bearings. Bearing replacement requires a major overhaul at the factory, with a long maintenance cycle. Disassembly, transportation, and installation will inevitably incur significant costs, exceeding 30000 yuan.

2) In terms of maintenance costs, we have chosen a high allowable bearing speed of 4700r/min, so the speed does not affect the lifespan. The lifespan is affected by the lubrication environment. We adopt an oil lubrication mode and are equipped with a forced cooling fan. Even in hot and humid summers, the bearing temperature will not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. Especially for fans lubricated with grease and water-cooled, they are no longer recognized by the market.
