Thermal shock testing machine for insulatorsThe structure is an upper and lower structure, with the upper end being the high-temperature air zone and the lower end being the cold water zone. The upper and lower ends adopt a mechanical transmission structure.
Technical parameters of insulator thermal shock testing machine
1. The internal dimensions of the high-temperature zone shall not be less than IW450 × IH450 × ID450mm; The internal dimensions of the cold water zone shall not be smaller than those of the high temperature zone, and shall ensure that the high temperature gas pressure generated by the sample will not cause cracking or deformation of the cold water zone box;
2. The temperature control range in the high-temperature zone is+20 ℃ to+200 ℃, with a temperature fluctuation of ≤± 0.5 ℃, a temperature deviation of ≤± 2 ℃, and a temperature uniformity of ≤ 2 ℃;
3. Temperature rise time, under no load and no heating conditions, RT~+200 ℃, within 50 minutes;

13. Working mode: Automatic comparison between high and low temperature zones, automatically adjusting to the specified temperature for insulator thermal shock. The tester heats up and maintains the temperature according to the specified temperature and heating rate. After maintaining the specified time, the high-temperature zone bottom plate is automatically opened. There is a mechanical mechanism that automatically sends the sample into the cold water zone. The cold water zone valve plate opens and actively discharges water vapor. After the sample cools down, press the button to operate and the sample is taken out of the tester.
