(3.) Installation and adjustment:

After opening the packaging, first place the machine in a fixed location, place the control cabinet on the right side of the machine, connect the aviation plug, and the bottom of the machine is a large groove with a gray surface for easy cleaning of waste materials. The power supply is three-phase four wire, and the shell is grounded.

(4.) Usage:

First turn the switch to the tool retracting position until it stops automatically, then turn it to the middle position, put the steam pressurized concrete block on the workbench, close to the innermost positioning plate, put a 30mm hard foam plate on the front edge of the clamping screw, and then press the start button of the vertical saw operation part after the test block is fixed, and then the test block can be processed. In order to facilitate the use of the feed, the speed can be adjusted. When feeding, the knob should be adjusted to about 10Hz as slowly as possible. When the switch is turned to the feed position, the speed can be adjusted toquickSpeed return. Although a limited position is set at the end of sawing the test block, the tester should also pay attention to observation. If the test block is cut off, the feed switch must be promptly turned to the middle stop position, and then the stop button of the vertical saw should be pressed. In case of emergency, the emergency stop switch can be pressed to cut off the power supply of the whole machine.
