New features with SSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology
SSP is a part of the digital vortex flowmeter circuit. SSP can analyze the fluid situation inside the digital vortex flowmeter and automatically make adjustments based on the usage conditions using the analyzed data. SSP can correctly detect vortices in low flow areas, thereby significantly improving measurement stability. This feature is a digital signal processing technology developed by Yokogawa Corporation in Japan, which has never been present in previous vortex flowmeters.

Instrument error compensation: The instrument error of the vortex flowmeter can be compensated for using 5 approximate polylines (with 5 compensation coefficients set).
Reynolds number compensation: When the Reynolds number is less than 20000, the output error can be compensated using 5 approximate polylines.
Gas expansion coefficient compensation: When measuring compressible gases and vapors, the expansion coefficient can be used to compensate for errors at flow rates higher than 35m/s.
Hardware fault output: If the CPU or EEPROM fails, the analog output current is at the upper limit value of 21.6mA. The upper or lower limit (£ 3.6mA) of the analog output current can be selected through jumper wires.
Display: It can simultaneously display instantaneous flow and cumulative flow expressed in% or flow units. Parameters can be set using the setting keys. Display brief information on self diagnosis. The installation direction of the monitor can be rotated 90 degrees left and right.
