Water film dust removal and desulfurization equipmentIt mainly consists of a cylinder, overflow water tank, water injection coil, overflow hole, cleaning hole, and flue gas inlet and outlet.

When the flue gas enters the circular cylinder tangentially through the inlet flue, water overflows from the upper overflow water tank of the dust collector and flows downward in a regular manner, forming a uniform and complete water film with a thickness of 3-5mm on the entire cylinder wall; When the gas rotates and rises inside the cylinder, it always rubs against the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, so that the gas is wetted by the water film. At the same time, two sprays are set inside the dust collector, and the atomized droplets sprayed fill the entire cylinder, increasing the contact time with the liquid. Dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged through the overflow hole. The cleaning hole facilitates the cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dust removal, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank, where it is neutralized and recycled. The purified gas is sent to the desulfurization tower for desulfurization by a fan from the lower part of the auxiliary tower through the upper flue gas.

2structural characteristics

The gas inlet adopts a tangential inlet method, with a reasonable aerodynamic field to improve dust removal and desulfurization efficiency and reduce system resistance.

The cylinder adopts an external carbon steel structure, lined with granite, and molded with a casting material mold in the middle. The inner surface is smooth and can withstand the wear of flue gas fly ash and solid suspended solids in desulfurization processes. All components, including the tower body and internal structure design, are designed with anti-corrosion requirements in mind and can withstand high temperature flue gas below 300 ℃.

The Venturi spray is made of 316L material and the nozzle is spiral shaped.

Easy to install, the cylinder adopts a segmented structure, is lifted on site, and the joints are sealed with furan adhesive or acid resistant adhesive, reducing the construction period.

The internal water film system consists of a circular water pipe and a water tank. The uniform water film formed by the water tank ensures a continuous water film layer on the inner wall of the cylinder, avoiding membrane leakage and breakage.

The sink adopts a segmented overflow structure, with a uniform water film and reduced water consumption.

The sink material is made of acid, alkali, and high temperature resistant ceramic sintered.

The inner baffle of the sink can better prevent the water film layer from being impacted, damaged, and carried away by smoke.

The sink and cylinder system form an integral structure to ensure that there is no water or air leakage at the sink.

The circular water pipe is made of UPVC pipe, which is corrosion-resistant.
