One The improvement of KD type Roots blower mainly involves the structure of the Roots blower, especially the increase in its bonding strength, so that the position of the impeller relative to the axis in the inner cylinder does not change due to external forces.

4 Lubricating oil free: There are appropriate clearances between rotors and between rotors, as well as between rotors and shells, which do not come into contact during operation. There is no need for lubrication treatment or mechanical parts to come into contact with each other. When tested, the gear fit mode is used, and the shell (rotor action chamber) is separated by side cover gasoline, so there is no risk of lubricating oil mixing. Therefore, the emitted gas is clean air without oil components, which can be safely used even under long-term operation.
