Overview

The structure of the acid-base waste gas treatment tower body is made of FRP and PP, with FRP (VINYL ESTER or ISO-FR, ISO) glass fiber reinforced plastic steel, fiber content of about 40% -35%, and resin content of about 60% -65%. It is manufactured and has strong resistance to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, and is not subject to oxidation corrosion by other factors under long-term operation and use.

The main structure is made of FRP and PP, with FRP (VINYL ESTER or ISO-FR, ISO) glass fiber reinforced plastic steel. The fiber content is about 40% -35%, and the resin content is about 60% -65%. It is manufactured and has strong resistance to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion. Under long-term operation and use, it is not affected by oxidation corrosion caused by other factors.

Acid alkali waste gas treatment towerThe thickness of the main structure should be at least 6mm according to each model and treatment, and it should have sufficient reinforcement to bear the load required for the structure and operation, inspection windows, sampling ports, circulating liquids, chemical injection ports, and drainage ports, and provide necessary operating platforms.

Acid alkali waste gas treatment towerThe material of the circulating water tank is the same as that of the acid mist tower body, with a capacity of more than 3 minutes for circulating pump transportation. The circulating water tank is equipped with water level control devices, overflow, drainage, release, and automatic water replenishment devices inside.

The filling material for the filling layer (PACKING) is made of corrosion-resistant materials such as PP, CPVC, PVC, etc. It is formed into a porous shape without clogging or clumping, with a high porosity, a large specific surface area, low resistance to airflow and pressure loss, and strong adsorption capacity. A moisture remover (MISIMINATORS) is installed at the outlet end, with a removal efficiency of over 99%. Its material has better corrosion resistance than the filling layer material
