Equipment structure:

This equipment mainly consists of a bed worktable, a mobile gantry, a mobile sliding saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication device and protective device, a circulating cooling device, a digital control system, an electrical system, etc. Rolling hard rail support and guidance, precision screw drive, the machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy.

1. Bed worktable:

The bed frame is an integral steel structural component with secondary tempering treatment and precision machining. It has excellent dynamic and static rigidity and does not deform. The workbench adopts a cast structure, with T-shaped grooves on the flat surface that are finely machined and reasonably arranged for clamping workpieces. On the bed, arrange T-shaped grooves. The drive system adopts AC servo motor and precision ball screw pair double-sided drive to make the gantry move in the X-axis direction. There are adjustable bolts distributed on the bottom surface of the bed, which can easily adjust the level of the bed worktable.

2. Mobile gantry:

The mobile gantry is cast and processed with gray iron 250, and two ultra high load-bearing rolling linear guide pairs are installed on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screw pairs and a servo motor are used to move the power head slider in the Y-axis direction, and drilling power heads are installed on the power head slider. The movement of the gantry is achieved by a servo motor driving the rotation of the ball screw on the ball screw through a precision coupling.

3. Mobile saddle:

The mobile sliding saddle system is a precision cast iron structural component, equipped with two ultra high load-bearing CNC hard rail sliding tables, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to a servo motor. It drives the drilling power head to move in the Z-axis direction, and can achieve actions such as fast forward, forward, backward, and stop of the power head. It has automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functions.

4. The drilling power head adopts a servo spindle motor, which drives the precision spindle by reducing torque through a toothed synchronous belt. The spindle adopts a front three and rear two five column Japanese angular contact bearing to achieve stepless speed change. The spindle is equipped with a pneumatic tool changing system, making tool replacement fast and convenient. The feed is driven by a servo motor and ball screw. X. The Y-axis can be linked, using semi closed loop control, and can achieve linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end has a BT40 taper hole and is equipped with an Italian ROTOFUS high-speed rotary joint. It can use a high-speed U-drill (violent drill) and a coring drill to center out the water.

5. Automatic lubrication device and protective device:

The machine tool is equipped with the original volumetric partial pressure automatic lubrication device in Taiwan, China, China, which can automatically lubricate all guide rails, lead screws, racks and other motion pairs to ensure the service life of the machine tool. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are equipped with dust-proof protective covers, and waterproof splash guards are installed around the workbench.

6. Full digital numerical control system:

6.1. Equipped with chip breaking function, the chip breaking time and cycle can be set on the human-machine interface.

6.2. Equipped with a tool lifting function, the tool lifting height can be set on the human-machine interface. When drilling to this height, the drill bit is quickly lifted above the workpiece, then the chips are thrown, and then fast forward to the drilling surface and automatically converted to work progress.

6.3. Centralized operation control box and handheld unit, using CNC system, equipped with USB interface and LCD display screen. For the convenience of programming, storage, display, and communication, the operating interface has functions such as human-machine dialogue, error compensation, and automatic alarm.
